These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Tebhela.co.za platform and all services offered by Tebhela (Pty) Ltd, including features that help you buy, sell, give away, connect, and interact with others in the Tebhela community (the “Services”).
By accessing Tebhela, browsing listings, posting content, or interacting with other users, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions — including any additional policies we reference or link to here. These rules help keep the platform safe, transparent, and fair for everyone.
As Tebhela evolves, we may introduce new features or update certain terms. When that happens, we’ll publish the changes on the platform. Your continued use of Tebhela means you accept the updated terms. If you’re not happy with the new changes, we totally understand — but you’ll need to stop using the platform and its services.
Our mission is to make local buying, selling, and connecting easy, safe, and community-driven — and these Terms and Conditions are here to make that possible.

Return Goods: If the Buyer doesn’t collect or receive the Goods, and the Seller gets them back successfully, the funds are returned to the Buyer and the transaction is cancelled.
Dispute Resolution: When a dispute is resolved (either directly or through Tebhela’s process), the outcome will determine who receives the funds, and whether any deductions (e.g. fees or penalties) are applied.

Seller(s): Users who post and promote Goods and Services on Tebhela with the intent to sell, rent or offer services to other Users.

Actions may include notifying parties, pausing access, or escalating the issue as per our dispute and compliance policies.
Examples of Trigger Events include:
These events may lead to follow-up actions, but not direct fund transfers. Our aim is to keep the platform safe, balanced, and fair for everyone.
